Custom vs. Flash
Flash designs (pre-drawn art) often have a flat rate. Custom pieces that require dedicated drawing time and consultation are priced based on the total complexity and size of the design.

The Etiquette: Tipping in NYC
In New York City, it is customary to tip your tattoo artist, much like any other highly specialized service. Tipping is a direct way to support your artist's craft and covers the work done "behind the scenes"—like custom drawing and sterile setup.
Standard Tip: 15% to 20% of the total cost of the session.
